Killeen’s Own Daniel Cobb Becomes NFL Scout
On Friday, Andy Greder of the Pioneer Press reported that Cobb has been hired by the Carolina Panthers as a scouting assistant. The former fifth-round selection in the 2015 NFL Draft makes the move into the role following a five-year professional football career.
Killeen’s own Daniel Cobb puts down the shoulder pads to help the NFL in a different way: becoming an NFL scout. Cobb is an avid support of Kids Advantage and the Ft. Hood/Killeen community. We are very proud of his transition into the next phase of life, we are fans of everything he and his family continue to do for the community. Daniel is a shining example for our military kids of what it means to persevere and work hard towards the dreams and expectations we have for ourselves!
